Welcome to the Club

I have said that if the County of riverside California decides to return me to the Feds so I can be executed before California completes its process of justice then I will happily welcome them to the club... of murderers.
I say this because you do not need to be directly involved with the physical act of killing someone to be a murderer. The Nurenburg trials pretty much established that. Murder is a state of mind. It is a callous disregard for human life. You become a murderer not by killing someone, but by merely demonstrating said disregard.
California claims to be seeking „justice” for Anthony Martinez, his family, and for society in general. But in order for there to be justice there must be due process. Due process mediates callous disregard. To kill without due process is clearly murder. To abandon due process in favor of expidited death is a demonstration of no interest in due process, hense no interest in justice. The only justification for releasing me to the Federal authorities so I can be killed is revenge, not justice (since the transfer will be done with no due process, in other words, I will have no chance to defend myself in regards to the charges brought against me in California). So California authorities, and by extension every Californian who has knowledge of these events and does nothing, become murders by demonstrating their callous disregard for a human life.
To be sure, it is not my desire that they or anyone else should be a murderer as I have been. I only wish them to know that I accept and understand their choice. So I welcome them to the club.
